Anicca Means Nothing is Forever!

‘I’ve always been a smoker!’ but ANICCA means: nothing is forever!

‘I deserve a break!’ but to escape DUKKHA is to be free from harm. Reduction of harm is the reduction of exposure to toxins.

‘A cigarette is the only thing that I do for ME!’ but ANATTA means non-self. Service to the ME is not the peace and belonging of Samadhi. It’s a gateless-gate that stands between me and my extinguishment.
